Jenner & Block Grows London Litigation Team with Addition of Leading Litigator Ed Davis

(LONDON July 3, 2024) Jenner & Block has expanded its London Litigation Practice with the addition of Ed Davis, a leading commercial litigator with more than 20 years of experience resolving a wide range of domestic and cross-border disputes. 

Ed’s practice focuses on complex and high value financial disputes and investigations covering a variety of markets and products, including derivatives, asset backed securities, swaps, and bond issues. He has an extensive background representing funds, corporations, commodities traders, accountants, trustees, and individuals.

Ed has vast experience advising clients in fraud cases, company disputes, and complex banking and fund-related matters. He also advises clients in connection with various commodities and trade finance matters, as well as regulatory issues.  in addition to acting in High Court disputes, Ed has represented clients in contentious insolvency matters and in international arbitrations.
