The government contracts lawyers weighed in on the latest developments impacting government contractors and how they do business in the coming year. They also discussed Section 889 national security exclusions, how to identify CMMC certification requirements, the benefits associated with Section 2610 reimbursements, and trends in enforcement and other COVID-19 related impacts. Mr. Robbins is co-chair of the firm’s Government Contracts and Grants Practice. He is a former Deputy General Counsel of the U.S. Air Force (acting). His broad skillset focuses on ethics, compliance, counseling, investigations, litigation, transactions, and enforcement for government contractors, grant recipients and regulated industries. Ms. Robertson provides government contract counseling and litigation/investigations management to top aerospace and defense contractors. Ms. Robertson advises clients on a host of issues facing government contractors, including FAR/DFARS regulatory compliance and claims, including claims that can arise from subcontractor/prime contractor disputes.
