Carl spoke on the Litigation Roundup panel, addressing recent developments in liability-management exercises (LMEs), venue disputes, adequate protection and priming fights, post-confirmation litigation trusts, and the growing use of artificial intelligence in bankruptcy litigation and restructuring practice.
