Jenner & Block Partners Christine Braamskamp, Samuel L. Feder, David M. Kroeger are serving in a variety of leadership and speaking roles at the IBA Annual Conference in Miami.

  1. Christine Braamskamp, a co-chair of the firm’s Investigations, Compliance, and Defense Practice and a co-founder and co-chair of the Culture Risk and Sensitive Investigations Practice, was a chair of the workshop called Interactive Mock Boardroom Crisis – Do’s and Don’ts When a Corruption Issue Arises. The session was held on October 31. On November 3, she will share her insight as a panelist in a session called Prosecution of Employers for Exposing Workers To Workplace Stress and Psychosocial Risks.
  2. Mr. Feder, a co-chair of the Communications, Internet, and Technology Practice, is a chair of a workshop called Big Tech: Can Regulation Deliver a Better Digital Environment? This session will be held on November 2.
  3. Mr. Kroeger, a co-chair of the firm’s Insurance Recovery and Counseling Practice and Reinsurance Practice, will be a panelist at a workshop called Emerging Risks, Including Covid-19’s Impact on Insurers/Reinsurers and Policyholders. This session will be held on November 2.
