The program will review the fundamentals of conducting an effective and efficient investigation to help companies and their counsel anticipate potential risks and quickly resolve issues before, during, and after the investigation.
Shoba’s panel, called “Concluding the Internal Investigation,” will begin at 1:30 pm CT. Topics discussed include reaching findings, memorializing conclusions, determining whether to prepare a written report, deciding what to include in reports, and more.
Shoba is a former federal prosecutor and dynamic trial lawyer who leads complex and high-stakes internal and government-facing investigations, advises clients on mitigating and responding to cybersecurity risks, and provides advice and guidance on developing robust regulatory compliance programs.
