On February 20, Jenner & Block Partner Susan J. Kohlmann will speak at a Practising Law Institute (PLI) seminar at PLI’s New York Conference Center. The seminar will cover the latest legal ethics developments regarding client confidentiality, privilege, multiple representations, waivers and the work-product doctrine. Ms. Kohlmann and the other panelists will discuss current issues in electronic discovery, ethical issues posed by witness preparation and dangers to lawyers in the heightened regulatory environment, among other topics. The program begins at 9:00 am EST and is also available via webcast.
