English-American Litigation Forum
Event
June 2, 2024 — June 4, 2024
Partners Christine Braamskamp and Andrew Lichtman were invited to participate in this year’s English-American Litigation Forum, an exclusive event that brings together 48 leading litigators from the United Kingdom and the United States. Participants are personally selected and invited based on their experience and knowledge of cross-border matters. Andrew led a discussion about developments in class action litigation, with a focus on securities class actions, and Christine attended.
When financial institutions, multinational companies, technology companies and corporate executives face their toughest legal challenges, they turn to Andrew to defend them. He represents clients in complex civil litigation including securities and financial services cases and other types of commercial disputes.
Christine defends clients through interactions with relevant authorities worldwide and drawing on extensive courtroom experience – oversees parallel civil litigation and criminal investigations. When senior executives find themselves subject to criminal, regulatory, and internal investigations, they hire Christine to help them navigate the impact and find a path forward.
