Partners Christine Braamskamp and Wade Thomson will speak at the 12th Annual European Compliance & Ethics Institute, taking place in Amsterdam from March 18 to 20. This three-day conference allows professionals from Europe and around the world to connect and share insights on the unique challenges of European compliance management, while getting up to date on best practices and emerging trends from industry leaders.

On March 19, Christine and Wade will be joined by Amy Kovalan, Vice President and Global Chief Compliance Officer at McDonald’s, along with Dr. Sebastian Lochen, Group General Counsel, Head of Legal and Compliance at thyssenkrupp. Together, they will lead an insightful session on “Leading Compliance Programs and Protecting Brands: Lessons in Managing and Mitigating Risks of Doing Business Amongst Red Flags.”

Christine who serves as the London Managing Partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Investigations Department, partners with clients to guide them through a broad range of compliance, investigations, and white-collar matters, drawing on her diverse international experience. Wade, the Co-Chair of Jenner’s Business Litigation Practice, has significant experience in high-stakes disputes and investigations around the world, practicing out of both the Chicago and London offices.  He regularly represents companies in internal and government investigations, and counsels clients on a variety of compliance matters with an emphasis on anti-money laundering.
