Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Yonas clerked for two federal judges and worked on complex litigation and internal investigations at another AmLaw 100 firm in New York City. Yonas earned his JD cum laude from New York University. During law school, he spent a year interning with the Federal Defenders of New York, externed for a federal appellate judge, and received the prestigious AnBryce Scholarship, George P. Foulk Memorial, and Calisha Myers ‘15 Memorial Convocation awards.
