Travis Hahn is an associate in Jenner & Block's Communications, Internet, and Technology Practice.

Before joining Jenner & Block, Travis clerked in the US District Court for the Northern District of New York. He brings nearly four years of experience at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), where he served as an honors attorney and attorney advisor in the Wireline Competition Bureau. At the Commission, he worked on universal service and broadband funding programs, net neutrality, and enforcement matters.

Travis earned his JD with highest honors from The George Washington University Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as online editor of The George Washington International Law Review. Prior to law school, he worked as a research assistant at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, focusing on issues related to international cyber policy.
