Regina received her BA, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Notre Dame in 2014. She received her JD in 2017 from the University of Chicago Law School. In law school, Regina served as a student attorney in the Exoneration Project clinic, where she co-wrote a post-conviction pleading that led to the successful release and exoneration of her client. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly in the US District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
