Niki Wasserman represents domestic and international communications carriers, satellite operators, and technology and media companies. Niki advocates for clients on complex regulatory, compliance, enforcement, national security, corporate, and litigation matters before federal and state agencies. Niki’s practice focuses on obtaining state and federal regulatory approvals for wireless carriers, securing experimental authorizations for satellite operators, and counseling clients on agency reviews of corporate restructurings, mergers, and other transactions.

Niki also advises on novel legal issues relating to innovative technologies such as drones, autonomous vehicles, and video surveillance equipment. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Niki was a communications regulatory associate at another international AmLaw 100 firm. While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Niki received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award for her work in the Communications and Technology Law Clinic. Niki also served as an articles editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.
