Nicole A.Keenan

Nicole Keenan brings a unique perspective to advising clients regarding various intellectual property matters in diverse technologies areas, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, injection-molding systems, diagnostic equipment, telecommunications, and mechanical and consumer products. While Nicole counsels on trademark and copyright issues, her particular focus is patent litigation. She plays a key role in patent litigation matters, working closely with her clients to counsel them and protect their intellectual property.

With her former experience as a pharmacist, her registration and practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and her 20 years’ perspective helping clients with patent litigation, Nicole understands how to strategize and work closely with her clients throughout all stages of litigation.
