Nick received his JD cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, Nick was an honors intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Enforcement. Before law school, he worked at a consulting firm on regulatory and compliance matters at major financial institutions. Nick graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in economics and political science with distinction. Prior to joining Jenner and Block, Nick worked as a Public Interest Law Initiative fellow with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services.
