Megan Bodenhamer focuses her practice on a range of matters involving government contracts and grants. Utilizing her experience at the US Court of Federal Claims, Megan works on bid protests and contract claims. She also represents clients in regulatory matters involving government contracts.
Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Megan worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Philip S. Hadji at the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, DC.
Megan earned her JD from William & Mary Law School. As a student, Megan served as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and was a staff member of the William & Mary Law Review, in which her note was selected for publication. During law school, she was presented with the American Bar Association’s E. Smythe Gambrell Professionalism Award and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers.
