Matt Par has over 15 years of experience reviewing and analyzing documents to assist clients involved in matters ranging from arbitration and litigation to governmental and internal corporate investigations. In addition to first- and second-level review, Matt’s experience includes privilege review, redactions, and quality control.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt helped numerous Fortune 500 companies by taking part in document and contract reviews involving the following subject matters and areas of law: antitrust, banking, contracts, environmental, ERISA, intellectual property, M&A, pharmaceuticals, and securities. He has additional experience in financial consulting, legal marketing/business development, and operations management for a start-up, an independent business, and a local division of a leading multi-national industrial products manufacturer. Matt understands that maintaining strict client confidentiality is of paramount importance, and he is passionate about providing excellent client service.
