Mackenzie Gettel earned her JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she received the Pro Bono Champion Award for her leadership as Pro Bono Student Director for her dedicated work with Legal Aid, the First Alaskans Institute, and the Homelessness Service Project. During law school, Mackenzie also interned with the California Attorney General’s Office, was a Research Assistant, and served as an Associate Editor for the California Law Review.
She has contributed substantively to cases involving consumer law, Federal Indian Law, and received High Honors in Corporate Investigations.
