Lynne Whited assists a wide variety of commercial clients with their review of complex litigation discovery through all phases of the production process. She supports clients seeking to enforce compliance policies or undergoing internal or external investigations into fraud, corruption, or other white-collar allegations. Lynne also performs transactional due diligence and contract review to assist our corporate and real estate clients.
Lynne brings a client-based perspective to her role facilitating large-scale litigation and investigations. She previously managed litigation in-house for the law departments of a major telecommunications company and a large truck manufacturer. Prior to that, Lynne practiced insurance defense law, representing Fortune 50 insurers, with a focus on director’s and officer’s liability. She devotes much of her pro bono advocacy to voting rights and innocence project matters.
