Louis M.Lesser

Louis Lesser serves as a practice counsel on matters in Jenner & Block’s Content, Media, and Entertainment practice group.

Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Louis worked in-house for a major production company, where he counseled and drafted deals for above and below-the-line production and development, licensing, NDAs, marketing, vendor, and distribution contracts across film, television, and interactive media and video games. He also worked in-house for a major media conglomerate, where he negotiated and drafted complex film and television licensing and distribution agreements for international markets. Louis also gained firm experience as an associate handling Entertainment and IP matters, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent issues, in both litigation and transactional matters. During law school, Louis clerked in the Office of General Counsel at the US Copyright Office.
