Kimberly Rhum brings sophisticated experience handling complex white-collar matters and assisting clients with internal and government-facing investigations. In doing so, Kimberly manages document review processes, leads witness interviews, and prepares investigative reports.
Kimberly played a key role on a trial team that represented an individual client in a high-stakes, public corruption case, reviewing extensive discovery, conducting complex legal research, drafting pre- and post-trial motions, and performing cross-examination. Kimberly also maintains a robust pro bono practice, consisting of death penalty, post-conviction, and immigration work.
Kimberly graduated from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, cum laude. While a law student, Kimberly served as an articles editor of the Northwestern University Law Review. She was a student attorney in the Center on Wrongful Convictions, where she represented clients seeking post-conviction relief. Kimberly was one of several students who worked to secure the full exoneration of a client wrongfully convicted for over 22 years. Kimberly also served as a student attorney in the Immigration Law Clinic, where she represented clients seeking asylum.
