Kamille Bernard is an associate in Jenner & Block’s Washington, DC office. Prior to joining the firm, Kamille clerked for the Honorable Lydia Kay Griggsby of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
Kamille earned her JD from Harvard Law School, where she graduated with pro bono distinction and received the Kristin P. Muniz Award. During law school, she served as a student attorney for the school’s election law and immigration clinics. Kamille also represented low-income Massachusetts residents in trial and pre-trial proceedings through Harvard's Criminal Justice Institute (CJI). In addition, Kamille served as a student attorney and president of Harvard Defenders, where she oversaw the organization and handled criminal show cause hearings.
