Jenna Conwisar helps clients of all sizes navigate complex and high-stakes commercial litigation in state and federal courts. In particular, Jenna focuses her practice on representing clients in the consumer, food, and beverage industries in class action litigation. She also has experience navigating legal, commercial, and political sensitivities in corporate governance disputes, multidistrict litigation, and internal investigations. Jenna is known for her ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively address them, helping clients navigate the complexities of commercial litigation.
In her active pro bono practice, Jenna represents survivors of domestic violence, individuals applying for immigration benefits, and families adopting children from the foster care system. She has, for example, successfully defended a domestic violence survivor from having her nursing license revoked by the California Board of Registered Nursing. During law school, Jenna participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, the Immigrant Family Legal Clinic, the UCLA Entertainment Law Review, and the COVID Behind Bars Data Project. Jenna also externed for the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson of the US District Court for the Central District of California.
