Haley Rubin earned her JD from Vanderbilt Law School, where her research on the impacts of data privacy laws on multinational corporations was published in the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. In law school, Haley was a member of Phi Delta Phi and a Dean’s Scholar. She was a student attorney in the law school’s Transactional Law Clinic, the Turner Family Community Enterprise Clinic, and a legal extern for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to law school, Haley graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Emory University.
