Grace Penta is a member of Jenner & Block's Litigation Practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Grace externed for Judge Reif at the US Court of International Trade, where she assisted with antidumping and countervailing duty matters. As a summer associate at Jenner, she contributed to an amicus brief on the scope of tariff authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).

Grace earned her JD from the University of Michigan Law School, where she advised early-stage business owners through the Michigan Law's Community Enterprise Clinic. She was also served as a student legal advisor to the United Nations Mission of Lesotho, where she intervened before the Human Rights Council on states' obligations under international human rights treaties. Grace also received a BA in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, and a Fulbright Award to Croatia.
