Ginsey Kramarczyk focuses her practice on a broad range of government contracts and grants matters, representing clients in bid protests, contract claims and disputes, and regulatory compliance. Ginsey also has significant experience conducting internal investigations, performing due diligence reviews, and preparing responses to government inquires. She has worked with a variety of clients, including global aerospace and defense companies, financial institutions, payment processors, and telecommunications providers on their most complex and sensitive matters. She has a particular interest in issues related to education, artificial intelligence, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
Ginsey received her JD, cum laude, from Pepperdine School of Law, where she served as Student Articles Editor for the Dispute Resolution Law Journal. During law school, she gained experience in international arbitration and FINRA securities arbitration as an advocate in the Pepperdine Investor Advocacy Clinic and as an intern at the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution.
Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Ginsey worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Kathryn C. Davis of the United States Court of Federal Claims, the Honorable David P. Rush of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and the Honorable J. Miles Hanisee of the New Mexico Court of Appeals.
Prior to law school, Ginsey taught Business Management and spent five years working in international development and business consulting.
