As a lawyer in the firm’s Office of General Counsel, Ginger Wiley is on the front lines of assisting the firm as it advises management on legal and ethical issues. Ginger’s primary practice involves advising firm lawyers on ethical, loss prevention, and business issues. She works with them to review and revise engagement letters, firm contracts, including, vendor contracts, publishing and speaking contracts, event contracts, sponsor contracts, expert agreements, and Outside Counsel Guidelines. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Ginger worked for Magellan Development as in-house counsel, practicing in the areas of commercial and residential real estate. She later worked for an AmLaw 50 firm as a lawyer handling various environmental and products liability cases.
As a student at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Ginger served as the production editor for the Public Interest Law Reporter. Ginger has a deep commitment to the arts and community service and previously served on the Steppenwolf Theatre Associates Board and the Goodman Theatre’s Scenemakers Board.
