Gavan W.Duffy Gideon

Gavan Gideon helps clients navigate high-stakes legal disputes and challenges. A skilled litigator and former Supreme Court law clerk, he has represented plaintiffs and defendants at all stages of litigation across a broad spectrum of complex cases.

Before joining the firm, Gavan was an appellate attorney in the National Security Division of the Department of Justice. He also practiced at a leading litigation boutique, where he worked on antitrust matters and represented state and local governments in complex public nuisance actions.

During his time at Harvard Law School, Gavan served as an executive editor of the Harvard Law Review. He began his career in the news media industry, researching foreign affairs and public policy.
