Dylan Madoff represents clients at all stages of complex litigation and arbitration. He has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes disputes, including quantitative-trading firms, cannabis companies, survivors of human rights abuses, and trade associations. Dylan has also represented individual and institutional pro bono clients in matters involving civil rights, consumer protection, and police misconduct.
Prior to joining Jenner, Dylan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gregory H. Woods of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He received his JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
