David Gui has experience in commercial litigation, e-discovery, SEC regulatory matters, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). He has also assisted on intellectual property, government investigation, and immigration asylum matters. He is proficient in French and has some Mandarin capacity.
During law school, David volunteered working with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office litigating domestic violence matters. He later worked with the Indiana University Disability Clinic as a student intern, personally assisting applicants who were denied Social Security disability benefits navigate the appeals process for reconsideration. David remains active in pro bono and volunteer services though the firm, including teaching constitutional law as part of Lawyers in the Classroom and mentoring young students through Chicago Scholars.
