Prior to returning to Jenner & Block, Connor clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth Welch of the Supreme Court of Michigan. During his clerkship, he researched and drafted opinions on a variety of issues including tax, tort, contract, civil rights, and procedural rules. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Connor received his JD from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as an Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law.
