Connor Rubin represents clients in the technology and communications sectors before the FCC and state agencies, focusing on regulatory compliance and approvals, investigations, data privacy counseling, and public policy litigation. His experience includes advising on mergers and asset purchases, defending against enforcement actions, participating in rulemaking procedures, and counseling on sector-specific litigation. Connor maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on appellate litigation and impact litigation related to LGBTQ+ equality.
Prior to returning to Jenner & Block, Connor clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth Welch of the Supreme Court of Michigan. During his clerkship, he researched and drafted opinions on a variety of issues including tax, tort, contract, civil rights, and procedural rules. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Connor received his JD from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as an Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law.
