Bryan is a fifth-year associate with experience in government investigations, internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters spanning the technology, healthcare, real estate, and communications industries. Known for his analytical and detail-oriented approach, Bryan helps clients effectively respond to allegations of misconduct and mitigate risks tied to corruption, financial fraud, data integrity and compliance, and other regulatory challenges. He routinely advises clients through complex legal issues involving scrutiny from multiple federal and state agencies in an evolving regulatory landscape.
In his recent practice, Bryan has led government investigations from inception to resolution, including responding to initial regulatory inquiries, interviewing witnesses, conducting internal risk assessments, managing document productions, negotiating with enforcement agencies, and implementing post-resolution compliance measures. Bryan also plays a key role in a corporate monitorship, assessing internal controls and overseeing reporting to government stakeholders on deceptive practices.
Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Bryan was an associate at another New York law firm, where he handled a broad-based commercial litigation practice, including matters involving intellectual property, securities, breach of contract, antitrust, and technology disputes.
At the onset of his legal career, Bryan clerked for the Honorable Eric L. Clay on the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Bryan earned his BA from Brown University and his JD from Harvard Law School, where he served as an Article Selection Editor for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. Before attending law school, Bryan worked at the Federal Defenders of New York, assisting indigent defendants in criminal cases in the Eastern District of New York.
