Brian Erickson is an associate in Jenner & Block’s Specialized Litigation & Arbitration Practice, advising clients at all phases of litigation and arbitration.

Brian has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants across a broad range of industries, in matters including securities class actions, derivative suits, and complex contractual disputes. He maintains an active pro bono practice dedicated to civil rights litigation. Prior to joining the Jenner, Brian was a law clerk to the Hon. Valerie Caproni of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and an associate at another international law firm.

Brian is a graduate of Stanford Law School, where he was an editor of the Stanford Law Review (SLR) and the Stanford Law & Policy Review (SLPR), as well as a semifinalist in the Marion Kirkwood Moot Court, in which he won the award for Best Respondent's Brief.
