Breana successfully argued an appeal involving complex contract law and public policy issues. Breana maintains a robust pro bono practice, representing clients in post-conviction, immigration, and other civil rights matters in state and federal courts.
A variety of civil litigation experiences inform Breana’s approach. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal at a boutique Chicago law firm. After law school, Breana was a member of Jenner & Block's Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice, where she helped debtors, creditors, and corporate entities navigate the bankruptcy process. Before returning to Jenner, Breana served as a law clerk to the Honorable James L. Robart of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
