Bethany Felder manages complex internal and government-facing investigations for a wide range of clients across highly-regulated industries. Bethany works closely with clients to navigate and obtain favorable outcomes in connection with investigations brought by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and state enforcement agencies. She has served as lead associate on multiple major government-facing investigations, including a DOJ criminal investigation involving allegations of bribery into one of the nation’s largest utilities and a state agency investigation into a major technology company. She also manages internal whistleblower investigations related to allegations of fraud, anti-corruption (FCPA) violations, False Claims Act violations, and workplace culture risks. She additionally has experience helping clients design and implement effective compliance and remediation programs.
Bethany graduated from Michigan Law School, cum laude. While in law school, she served as an executive board member of a student group that represents K-12 public school students in suspension and expulsion hearings. Prior to law school, Bethany served as a Teach for America corps member in Detroit, Michigan.
