Bethany H.Felder

Bethany Felder advises companies and institutions across highly-regulated industries through sensitive and complex investigations. Bethany works closely with clients to secure favorable outcomes in high-stakes criminal and civil investigations brought by DOJ, SEC, and state enforcement agencies alleging violations of the False Claims Act, the FCPA, Title VI, Title IX, and consumer protection statutes. She additionally conducts and counsels clients through internal investigations on sensitive issues related to allegations of fraud and workplace culture risks. Bethany works with her clients to leverage investigative findings and implement effective compliance and remediation programs, and has served in key roles on multiple court-appointed monitorships.

Bethany maintains an active pro bono practice and has secured multiple favorable settlements on behalf of prisoners alleging violations of their First Amendment rights under 42 USC 1983.  Bethany graduated from Michigan Law School, cum laude. Prior to law school, Bethany served as a Teach for America corps member in Detroit, Michigan.
