Ben earned his JD from the New York University School of Law, where he was a McKay scholar and a Competition Advocacy Editor for the Moot Court Board. In law school, he interned at the Civil Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, and worked at a clinic assisting pro se litigants in the Southern District of New York. Prior to law school, he worked in political fundraising for a Congressional race in Upstate New York, and in a campaign for DC Attorney General.
