In addition to counseling clients in criminal investigations, Anna has experience guiding institutions, companies, and individuals in congressional investigations and hearings.

Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Anna served as Counsel to Senator Alex Padilla, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Anna advised Senator Padilla on a wide array of judiciary matters including oversight and judicial nominations. In October 2024, Anna took leave from the Senate to join the Harris-Walz Transition team as Ethics Counsel.
