Annie Mitran Brennan is a trial lawyer who represents clients in connection with a wide range of complex commercial disputes. She has broad litigation experience in both federal and state courts, as well as in connection with domestic and international arbitrations. Her work includes breach of contract, business torts, and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
Ms. Mitran Brennan has represented clients in the diverse fields of aerospace, defense, manufacturing, technology, financial service, retail, education, government contracts, and food and beverage. She approaches each case thoughtfully, working efficiently to engage deeply with the facts and legal theories. She has achieved success for her clients litigating multi-million-dollar disputes through trial, as well resolving cases through dispositive motion practice or negotiating favorable resolutions.
Ms. Mitran Brennan also maintains an active pro bono practice, where she has tried or otherwise favorably resolved prisoners’ rights cases. She also has experience advocating for reproductive rights and representing asylum seekers.
