Trump Administration Issues Executive Order in Attempt to Preempt State AI Laws
Yesterday the Trump Administration issued an Executive Order (EO), “Ensuring a National Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence,” that directs the Department of Justice, the Department of Commerce, the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and other agencies to take action to preempt State AI laws.
