Lawdragon Names Five Jenner & Block Partners to 2024 “500 Leading Litigators in America” List

Lawdragon has named Partners Lindsay Harrison, Matt Hellman, Adam Unikowsky, Tony Valukas, and Joanna Wright to their 2024 “500 Leading Litigators in America” list. The recognition honors the nation’s most elite courtroom litigators.
Lindsay serves as Managing Partner of the Washington, DC, office and co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Hospitality Practice. As a tireless champion for client interests, Lindsay leads highly complex litigation that requires strategic judgment. Her practice spans a range of industries with a special focus on hospitality and real estate companies, colleges and universities, technology and media companies, and nonprofit organizations. She is also a member of the Appellate & Supreme Court Practice, and regularly represents individuals and companies in the U.S. Supreme Court and courts of appeals around the country.
Matt is co-chair of the firm’s Appellate and Supreme Court Practice. Matt has been lead counsel in dozens of appellate matters and has prevailed in the Supreme Court in important bankruptcy, tax, copyright, First Amendment, and administrative law cases. Clients such as Marriott, Nomura, and General Dynamics have sought Matt's counsel on a wide variety of banking, hospitality, government contracts and grants, copyright, and business torts matters. Matt also leads the Jenner & Block University of Chicago Supreme Court and Appellate Clinic.

Joanna represents plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of litigation and forges creative solutions to her clients’ most complex challenges. With deep experience in complex civil litigation, she has litigated almost every kind of high-stakes dispute, including novel constitutional claims, securities fraud, corporate governance and shareholder disputes, antitrust, white-collar defense, product liability, bellwether trials, copyright, and class actions.
