As Managing Partner in the Washington, DC, office and Co-Chair of Jenner & Block’s Specialized Litigation and Arbitration Practice, Lindsay’s practice spans a wide range of practices and industries. As one of the country’s top media and entertainment lawyers, Alison has a proven track record in helping entertainment, media, and technology companies navigate high-stakes litigation and complex content matters. As Co-Chair of the firm’s nationally renowned Content, Media, and Entertainment and Technology Practices, she represents media organizations, tech companies, video game companies, news organizations, and television and movie studios.
A nationally recognized litigator, advisor, and trial lawyer, Joanna serves as Co-Chair of Jenner’s Business Litigation Practice and Mass Torts and Product Liability Practice. She has deep experience in complex civil litigation, having handled nearly every kind of high-stakes dispute.
