We are pleased to share that Partner Annie Kastanek has been appointed to the Advisory Committee on Circuit Rules of the Seventh Circuit for a three-year term. The Court appoints distinguished legal professionals from across the circuit who have demonstrated a commitment to the Seventh Circuit to serve as a conduit between the bench and bar in continuing to study court procedures and recommending amendments to Circuit Rules. The appointment reflects Annie’s decades of practice before that court.
As Co-Chair of the Jenner & Block’s Appellate and Supreme Court practice, and in her prior position as a federal prosecutor, Annie has argued before that court more than 45 times, leveraging her vast experience and award-winning writing skills to successfully represent clients in high-stakes matters.
