London Partner Lucy Blake was featured in Edward Fennell's Legal Diary, where her commentary on the EU's provisional agreement to scale back sustainability reporting and due diligence requirements was recognised as "Legal Comment of the Week".
Lucy offered her observations on the challenges confronting businesses:

“This agreement may ease pressure in the short term, but real certainty on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) is unlikely before 2026.”
