On the third and final episode of Money Laundering in the UK: The State of Play, host Tom Allen QC of Cloth Fair Chambers examines the Magnitsky sanctions regime, introduced in the United Kingdom in July 2020 as a way to place significant economic restrictions on those suspected of human rights abuse. Tom also gives viewers a detailed look at the ongoing reforms to Companies House, the UK’s registrar of companies, which aims to improve transparency in UK markets. In this episode, hear from Amanda Pinto QC of 33 Chancery Lane, Partner Robert J. Dalling, and Associate Amanda L.
