Three Jenner & Block Partners Recognized as 2024 Rising Stars by Law360

Niqui’s practice focuses on energy regulatory and strategic counseling and transactional matters across a wide range of assets, including solar, storage, on and offshore wind, hydro, gas, coal, transmission, demand response, and LNG, on behalf of public utilities, financial institutions, investment funds, independent power producers, and others. He was named an Energy Rising Star.

Tali, named a White Collar Rising Star, conducts cross-border government-facing investigations and compliance reviews to help individuals and companies navigate sensitive and multi-faceted legal challenges in areas including financial fraud, national security, money laundering, electronic surveillance, cybersecurity, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. She regularly represents clients under investigation by federal and state law enforcement and regulators, including DOJ and US Attorneys’ Offices, and she advises clients on resolution strategy.
