Terri Mascherin, Co-Chair of Jenner & Block’s Litigation Department and Education Practice and a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers, was featured in The American Lawyer’s Litigation Leaders Series, which highlights the “litigation practice leaders at some of the biggest and most innovative law firms in the country.”

When asked about the firm’s biggest in-court wins and the firm’s approach to success, Terri cited the Appellate and Supreme court team’s landmark victory in Haaland v. Brackeen, the jury verdict in Chicago holding the nation’s largest egg producers and industry groups liable for conspiring to inflate egg prices, and Co-Managing Partner Katya Jestin’s efforts to secure the first-ever release of a high-value detainee from the Guantánamo Bay Detention Camp.
