Rachael is an award-winning lawyer with more than two decades of complex litigation experience and a deep commitment to pro bono work and the Chicago legal community.

Rachael’s practice incorporates complex business litigation, pre-litigation risk mitigation, and class action defense with matters here in Chicago, across the country, and abroad. Her work spans industries and sectors, from financial services to medical devices, energy, automotive, food and beverage, and other consumer products. Her practice ranges from proudly representing Chicago-based companies to multinational corporations in putative class actions and other high-stakes commercial disputes wherever they may arise.

Rachael strengthens that practice with her wealth of experience defending business entities across various sectors in high-stakes class action litigation. Beyond the class action space, Rachael also has extensive experience representing leading corporations and other business entities in a broad range of high-stakes commercial disputes.
