Partner Brent Caslin will speak on a panel during California International Arbitration Week, a program that celebrates international arbitration in California. Brent’s panel will be held on March 13. Titled “The Quest for Speedy Dispute Resolution in Japan and California through International Arbitration,” the conversation will focus on important international arbitration developments in Japan and California, and how they can affect commercial transactions between those two economies, which are the fourth and fifth largest in the world. Brent and the other panel members, several of whom are from Japan, will offer insights on how these developments can enhance international arbitration, as well as recent changes to Japanese law relating to mediation and arbitration.
Brent is a Co-Chair of Jenner’s Japan Practice. He has decades of experience supporting companies from Japan with their legal challenges, including scores of international arbitration matters.
