On October 12, Partner Kayvan Sadeghi will discuss the future of stablecoins in the United States during the UC Center for Business Law’s Roundtable on Financial Policy & Regulation.

The roundtable is an invite-only event where top practitioners, including regulators, operators, and investors, offer their perspectives about regulatory frameworks for new financial products and services.  In addition to stablecoins, topics for discussion this year include regulatory innovation, the evolving litigation landscape for digital assets, and the role of liquidity management in financial services.

Kayvan is a Co-Chair of the Fintech and Crypto Assets team who represents clients at the forefront of technology, finance, and media. He helps them navigate uncharted legal waters in this dynamic landscape.
