On June 29, 2023, Jenner & Block hosted a webinar immediately following the US Supreme Court’s decisions in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard/University of North Carolina (SFFA). In the webinar, Partners Ishan Bhabha, Lauren Hartz, and Matthew Hellman analyzed the decision and provided their perspectives on its scope, the immediate consequences for institutions of higher education, and what to expect next with regard to litigation and enforcement.
