Partner Stephanie Sebor and Associate Daniel Robertson will present at the 2024 Annual Air Conference hosted by the Air and Waste Management Association (A&WMA) Lake Michigan States Section on October 15.
Daniel will be moderating a panel titled “Federal & State Enforcement” and Stephanie will appear as a panelist.
The roundtable discussion with government, nonprofit, and industry attorneys will cover the latest environmental enforcement developments and their impact. Topics include environmental justice, the recent Supreme Court term, use of supplemental environmental projects, enforcement initiatives and a look ahead at what’s to come.
Stephanie has vast experience in a broad scope of environmental sectors, from air to energy to waste, and the full breadth of environmental legislation, including the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Endangered Species Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and Renewable Fuel Standard program. She is an ally for clients who are navigating permits, cleanups, rulemaking comments, and reporting obligations.
Daniel Robertson is experienced in environmental litigation, regulatory compliance, and counseling. He is knowledgeable about air, water, and waste regulations, including in the areas of permitting and regulatory relief petitions. Daniel routinely supports clients on environmental and workplace health and safety compliance matters, as well as due diligence on mergers and acquisitions.
